One minor downside was that the air conditioning in my room wasn't quite working. Considering the excellent value for money and the overall positive experience, I would still recommend the hotel.

Iam writing my review to let Birmingham casino other people know and let u know that this casino is absolute horrible and they do absolutely everything to make u lose and never even give u a chance to win in any game unless u know someone in management or people who work here. Stayed here for a business event in the ICC. Location was perfect. Staff were really helpful. Check in and out was fast and efficient. The lobby area is very pretty.
Nice hotel and spa however, lamp was broken in the room on arrival and did not work. This wasn’t much of an issue as we used the wall lights and the tv. The hotel is in a nice location,there is plenty to do around there and the spa is nice just a shame we were unable to use the steam room as it was 11am and wasn’t ready at that time.

But all machines were easy to use, clear instructions. The staff were really helpful, and with this being the first time we’d been to Birmingham and stayed in this type of accommodation we had plenty of questions! Genuinely they couldn’t have done more for us. The location was great as well - as others have said, the peace and quiet was there despite being so close to the city centre. Right round the corner from the building and central station, with lots of arcades and food areas nearby. Would absolutely recommend staying here - whatever the weather!
